Today (28 May 2025) the Criminal Court scheduled a reading of the verdict in case number Y.1445/2023 in which the Attorney General ordered the indictment of Mr. Upakit Pajariyangkun, former member of the Senate (Senator) as a defendant on charges of being a senator colluding to launder money and money laundering, being a senator colluding to participate in a transnational crime organization, supporting or assisting, or colluding to commit serious offenses related to narcotics, for a total of 6 offenses, including:
